Ms. Laux joined United Security Management Services in 1999 as a Personnel Assistant. In 2002 she was promoted to her current position. Prior to joining the organization, Ms. Laux was employed with TMG Consulting.

Ms. Laux received her Professional in Human Resources Certificate from John Carroll University, an MBA from Cleveland State University and her Bachelors from Miami University, majoring in Human Resources Management.
