Mr. Krob joined United Security Management Services in 1982 as the Operations Manager. In 1986 he was promoted to his current position. Prior to joining the organization Mr. Krob was employed by the Cleveland Police Department and served in the Military Police of the U.S. Army.

Mr. Krob has over 30 years of experience in security and was an instructor for Crisis Intervention and a Certified Business Coach with the World Association of Business Coaches.

Mr. Krob has a degree in Law Enforcement and has attended numerous seminars and workshops.
