We may have old-fashioned values, but our technology is decidedly new-fangled. Our accounts are monitored by our state-of-the-art call center, which operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

  • Call Center personnel monitor shift changes, assist security offices with scheduling problems and incident reporting and answer questions regarding operational issues.

  • Call Center also monitors fire and burglar alarm systems and CCTV cameras for various clients and answers phones for all branch offices during non-business hours.

The Call Center coordinates communications between Security Officers, Account Managers, clients and United Security management in the event of an emergency or other important occurrences.
